Keep at it, if you feel like you aren't making enough gains, just eat more, maybe count how much protein you are eating.
Have you made strength any strength gains though? What are you repping bench/deads/squats/OHP?

Slow gains, but noticable difference. You look a typical hardgainer. Just keep training, in about half a year you'll start to see more and more gains, as long as you stick to a proper diet and training regimen
I have a similar build as the little dude (only I'm 6.1), and for me 3000 kcal is pretty much all I can eat in a day, anymore and I just shit it out.
Gains come slowly, but I went from 60 kgs to 75 kgs in 3 years. Shit just takes so fucking long
Went from training 4 days a week to 5.
Put all my carbs pre, intra and post workout.
Fixed my hormones.
Stopped powerlifting style training and switched to bodybuilding
Training using John Meadows Mountain dog training.
Believe it or not i actually upped my calories from before and after.
Sort of started like you in your before pic.

Hopefully I'll be around where you or better by my 14th month.
Should add the pic on the left i weighed 175 and the pic on the right i weighed 170.
I started cutting on 2800 a day and the lowest i went down to was 2500. The pic on the right was after I reverse dieted back up on 3000 a day. Now i am putting on muscle at 3500 and will up them towards 4000 as see fit with the volume of my training program increases.
Btw i am a 5 foot 10 manlet just for reference.

Kinda fucked up a bit from Aug to Mid Nov but eating in excess in that time improved my lifts a fair bit at least. Back to losing now.
mirin. Here is mine. Gained like 37lb in one year and a half or so.
5 over easy eggs with a bit of salt
Choc protein up&go
Can of pink salmon over brown rice and red quinoa
200grms chicken breast with spices
scoop protein powder in water
Also 6ft1 so cutting pretty hard.

This is like: 2 months, 4, 9, 11 into lifting, respectively 67, 69, 75, 79kg.
Gonna start a real routine like SS or Texas Method, cause I always been on selfmade brosplit which slowed me I guess

I guess this proves /fit/'s obsession with celebrity routines is pointless. If you lift hard and consistently you will see gains even if you follow your own brosplit.
I don't have old back pick unfortunately, oldest ones are already halfway but before deadlift in the routine. (Top two, bottom recent ones)
Actually I didnt train legs first 4 months. Then I went for squatting two days in a 4 days split with no leg day and 1 day deadlift with other accessories.
Anyway my strenght is lacking behind. 1/1.5/3/3.5. For example I curl as much as I OHP and close grip bench is close to bench, which is not normal I guess.
Puberty... A lot of facial gains and dick gains were made. A year and some change.
Fixed my hormones naturally. Ate completely clean with only one cheat meal a week. Ate lots of good fat like coconut oil, avocardo and olive oil. Ate lots of nutrient rich vegetables. Ate lots of good quality meat sourses. Eating 6 eggs a day
Did pretty much all the stuff on anabolic men. Went completely no fap and no porn. Got a GF and bang her regularly.
Went from 249 ngdl total testosterone to
1280 ng/dl total testosterone.
Mind you I did absolutely everything to boost my test naturally and this reduced my E2 from 190 down to 100.
These two things helped the fat to fall off me and build muscle way faster. Mind you it can restrict lifestlye a bit to get that high but honestly I was OK with it as the gains I have gotten have been pretty ok so far so why change a winning formula?
Kind of making it, today I realized I had to buy my shirts one size smaller.
Think it went something along the lines of PPL (focus on compounds at low reps so pretty SS'ish) -> SL (briefly didn't like rep scheme) -> SS with accessories -> 5/3/1 BBB -> Texas Method -> Suicidal volume hypertrophy routine -> Back to Texas Method.
Right now I'm on 3rd week of a Smolov Jr cycle for squats and OHP. If you're doing SS make sure you add in a good amount of upper body accessories.
1 year and some change. I don't have good enough pictures of current body and none of old so this is the best i can do. went from like 120lbs to 150lbs

I did SS with accessories for the first 3 months, then Push Pull Legs 6 times a week until autumn. Currently doing Chest+Back, Shoulders+Arms, Legs 6 times a week.
pls leave the skinny dyel aside, 8kg in 6 weeks from cocaine and mdma abuse.
Making some backwards progress lately... I started bulking, gained a bit of fat but my lifts wont go up and im not really gaining Muscle anymore. feelsbadman
