I need the help of /fit/. My legs are like pretty shitty and I don't skip leg day and I actually do legs twice a week. How tf do i get my legs bigger so my physique can not be cancerous anymore?

I have skinny as legs myself. I was a distance runner for a long time. Legs are getting better tho. For squats are started with a 12/10/8/8 progressive overload with the last set slow negatives and it worked really well. Now I'm on a pyramid of 8/6/4/2/4/6/8. Which demolishes the legs. Next I'll try German volume 10x10. Try those theyrequirements working well for my skinny legs.
No disrespect m8 but you're small all over. You just gotta lift and eat. You don't grow massive legs overnight unless you naturally have big legs
How much do you squat, as in what weight?
Im 5'10 and 163 and Ive been bulking since septmeber from 149 and i only squat like 225. Been trying real hard to get bigger and stronger. Been getting a little frustrated lately
Np. We're basically at the same stats as well. Been bulking since Oct. 5'10". Started 144lbs and I'm at 164lbs. Now. I'm not sure what my 1rep max is cause I stay away from that till I know I've built a strong foundation first but my 2 rep for the pyramid is at 225lbs. But my legs are slightly bigger than yours.
For legs i usually start with squats 135 for 3 sets of 8 after, then move up doing 2-3 sets of around like 6 reps until i reach the 200's then i can only do 2-3 reps and do 2-3 sets. And then i do leg press and quad extensions the same way with different weights

you should ONLY squat
you're overworking your legs by doing le hypertrophy xd
if you want big legs you need to squat heavy and only squat
