Your numbers are low, but that means they can only get higher. So don't worry too much about it, and eat more.

One 125g bag has around 750Cal and 30g protein, it's super cheap and you can easily eat one or two per day.
Also, if you have a bit of extra money McDonald's is good for skellys, since it has a lot of calories and it isn't filling at all
