What are the best accessories to help in the major lifts?
Such as Bench, what other than the bench will help you bench more?
For the Bench, Squat, Deadlift and OHP, what are the best accessories for each?
You can best work the big 3 by working the big 3. Fuck me but this is a common one.. Wanna bench more?? Bench more. And so on. Other then that, once you are advanced (read: not you) working in some high rep shit for functionality can be useful, and once highly advanced you need to drop the reps way down if you wish to compete powerlifting. Other then that just fucking lift.
Depending on your sticking point in each lift
CGBP, spoto, high pin or slingshot, but I'd go with "just bench more"
Push press for lockout strength, lat raises for conditioning
If you do lowbar or front, do highbar
If highbar, just squat more
Lowbar squat and snatch grip deadlift. Power cleans to warm up.

Bench: Incline Bench, Closegrip Bench, Spoto, Paused, Cable Crossovers, Skullcrushers, DB Bench
Back Squat: Paused, Hip Thrusts, Split Squats, Front Squats, Deadlifts, box squats
Deadlift: Snatch Deadlift, Deficit or Rack Pulls, Power Cleans
OHP: Lateral Raises, front raises, DB Incline Bench, DB OHP, push press
You obviously shouldn't do all of this. Just do the main lift as much as possible without overdoing it, eat and rest well, and do one or two accessories if needed.
