Okay, after 6 months of bulking I've realized I have no idea how to cut. I know it's basically "eat moar proteion less phat", but how exactly do you do it so you lose fat but keep muscles?
Also, I though I could use speed for cutting (since it's an appetite suppressor and performance enhancer) and just drink several protein shakes (water based) per day.
How good idea is this?
Eat what you normally eat, but remove anything with refined sugar, all sweets, alcohol and bread from your diet. If you count calories, eat at maintenance.
After a week, remove 500 cal worth of carbs (or just half the portion size of any rice, potatoes, oats, etc in your meals).
Congrats, you are now cutting.
Then you will break the space-time barrier and end up in another dimension doing eternal deadlift with Zyzz.

Drop 500 Cal when you stall, take them from fat till you are at .5g per bw then subtract from carbs. Gratz you are done. Cardio sucks for weight loss btw, people are stuck in the 90's on fit in terms of science
eat 1500 calories, get at least 120-150 grams of protein, get yo fiber and veggies.
Drink alcohol for carbs.

What do you mean cardio sucks? If I burn 500kcal through cardio, it's the same as eating 500kcal less, except easier to get enough micros. Is there a difference regarding body composition?

Unfortunately you don't really burn ANYWHERE close to 500 calories.
You may burn those 500 calories during the cardio, but people are retarded and forget that your metabolism SLOWS for 4-5 hours after doing cardio, you are realistically burning 100 calories if you're lucky. It's not worth your time anon, (unless doing HIIT, this only applies to steady-state cardio my bad). Just eat less.
