ITT: /fit/ approved fast food
teriyaki chicken and steamed brown rice if you're bulking or mixed vegetables if you're cutting. literally top tier
You're clearly a low class retard. Their food is disgusting and tastes like paper. Last time I went there, it took me 3 hours to eat because I literally could not stand more than a spoonful every 10 minutes.
>worrying about sodium
This is how I know you're fucking stupid. You know what you should do if you eat a high sodium meal? Just drink more fucking water, you inbred faggot holy shit
Here it's $7 for two entrees and one side.
That being said, Panda Express in general decent, but not great or downright shit. I hate forking ~$7 everytime I go there, though, so I just sear my own chicken breasts.
>not drinking milk for dem extra macros
Also, it mixes better with some protein powders than water, if you're into those.
When my family insists on chinese food, I always order the chicken and broccoli. Now that I'm thinking about it, that's depressing because that's what I eat almost every day regardless. But they put some MSG and salt and gravy shit on it so it feels like a whole new cheat dish :')
Also, Cookout is top tier bulking food. You can't beat their prices
>implying this isn't the GOAT of cheap bulking meals
How /fit/ is this menu?
Planning on going here often to meet with friends and work on class work. Currently bulking.
Beef and broccoli at least has that delicious umami flavor to it though, if you're "eating Chinese food" might as well eat something that tastes good. Is /fit/ really so scared of losing their ab veins they don't actually enjoy eating?
If you're not eating the entrees with JUST white rice, then I'd agree. The chow mein and fried rice are total shit though, get them at a legit chinese place.
Most of the saucy entrees like string bean chicken are pretty satisfying with white rice, which by itself is a less greasier option, too.
Literally nothing wrong with MSG beyond some bloat if that's actually a serious concern for you. And also I'm just assuming this whole thread is basically "post high-volume deadlift workout meals" rather than "daily intake."
Cookout confirmed GOAT of all GOATs
I used to slay two trays on deadlift days. Pic related
Chicken and broccoli w/ egg fried rice. 6.75 fills two plates if you transfer from the container they put it in. Plus the growth hormones in the chicken are free steroids. Been going there since high school and my breasts have never looked better
Plus their honey garlic chicken with local honey and chunks, not bits of garlic is amazing
Also, Panda Express is complete ass. I had it at six flags New England and it was the most overly spiced shit I've ever eaten. In fact i wouldn't be surprised if pepper and salt were the only seasonings they use at that shitty restaurant.
its either a burrito, or it's a bowl. it can't be both. filthy chipotle casuals propagating the belief that burrito bowl=bowl. its just a fucking bowl for christ sake
>more fucking water prevents sodium overload
