It's been 1 year i started doing some sports and i think i might be suffering from muscular asymmetry. I often get tendinitis in my right arm and it's indeed visually marked. I observe the effects while swimming, deviation to the right, and during workout.
Do you have any advice on What can i do ? Which specialist should i go see ? Could this be a symptom of a nerve blocade?
PS: I already had it before i started sports

True, the latter part is only for getting rid of pain, but unless you figure out what strokes are causing it to occur for you and fixing whatever you have to, this pain will still occur and then you'll end up like me, unable to properly feel half of your left hand from tendon damage.
