I have scoliosis and dr says I can't lift weight above hips. Does this mean I can't squat but I can diddly? Also I buttwink when I try to squat ass to grass should I just quit squats?
i had about 10-15 degree curve and a couple years of casual back workouts (pullups and chinups) plus good posture brought it down to about 5. isnt there a black dude that had like a s shaped spine that deadlifted 4.5x bodyweight by moving it a couple inches off the ground?

My brother also had scoliosis but he was more careful than me when checking form (he also has workout buddies).
