I liks to mix mine with soda water and drink it as quickly as possible JUST before squats, i find this gives me a serious energy boost.
Also seems to work well when stacked with roast beef.
Usually have one first thing in the morning as part of a small breakfast.. Lately using veggie protein so I think ill stick with that. Then one after my workout.
