What are you thought on cool cicadas ppl. If you ran it or something similar what did you change. I ran as for like a year took a month or so break and am layer off so want to jump on a routine that isn't considered novice and I can do more than 3x a week
So far I switched out incline for dips. Added dl to pullday. And I didn't bar machine cause I don't know how to do barbell row. Right now I'm heading in for my first leg day I don't think I'll be doing leg extension.
i just switched to this after 5 mos SL.
i took out calf raises and added abs (nice calves already) workout only takes about 45 mins so its actually less time than SL + 2accesories.
My question is this. On the main compound movements in this routine how are you guys doing progression? 5lbs per week?
