Due to my schedule I can only lift Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If I'm doing an axbxaxxbxaxbxx type routine, will muh gains be diminished by not having that Extra rest day

Mon: push (squat, bench, ohp + accessories)
Tues: pull (rows, pull ups + accesories)
Thurs: fullbody (squat, bench, deadlift + upper back accesories + anything else)
Push and pull days can be treated basically as all out bodybuilding days if you like.
