Mirin hard bros
5'7" 163 lbs
Not ready for summer you're damn right!
Fuck man this bulk is messing with my mind, evenings I look so fat and puffy. Other moments it looks like all that food is going to the right places though.
>5'11.5'' / 182 cm
> 177 lbs / 80.5 kg
Lifted, dieted, and took steroids.
You could get my physique in 6 months on gear if you've already been lifting 2 or 3 years and knew exactly what you were doing.
5'6, 18, 170lbs there
435 x 2 Highbar ATG Squat
Don't diddly because I'm a faggot.
no, I went to college and slowly built up my room over the months after putting bare basics, I haven't bought a bed yet though. Is this a turn off if you bring someone home with you?
Consistently? Like 3 years. But probably 5 or so realistically. I started lifting at like 145 or so at my height so my main focus was just size.
Until recently though I never really tracked my calories, but having started doing it I've noticed more significant and steady increase in mass and lifts. So now that Im on a more focused routine lifting and eating consistently it's helped a lot. I really had no plan for the first couple years.
1 year lifting
They call me "beef Stu"
Any one of you faggots wanna fight me?
I didn't think so.
pretty content with where i'm at
Lol. You guys look great. But I am trying
Step up, weak studio pussys!

>come into thread
>wow Im a fatass
>must use fuccboi filters to hide my shame
Fuck I hate looking this way. Need to get rid of my goddamn gut.
For the love of christ man, do some OHP and shrugs, you look like you could kill a man with those bones
5'4- One day will become King of Manlets
You're 4'6 in high heels and a top hat
MIGHT be ready for summer edition.
Lost 180 pounds, plan to start lifting soon. My body is horrible and I have a lot of acne :(
I thought this was not ready for summer edition
whoops. here is one that's not so big and ugly
Well I'm 26 and been doing sports since I was a kid. Got into "lifting" at 17 even though a lot of my workout comes from callisthenics/parkour.
Seriously I've had this same body type for a very long time now and just maintaining so it doesn't take long to achieve it.
some other guy said I fucked up my bulk and should just have eaten a little bit over maintenance, should I do this in the next bulk after I go ottermode for summer?
Former fatty wide hip loose skin mode
>Former fatty throught middle school and high school
>Ballooned up to 290 senior year
>graduate find fit
>drop 100 pounds in 2015
>New Years resolution is to bulk and hopefully add more mass to help with my skin problem.. Granted I still could have dropped more fat but I figure might as well bulk for a few months then cut for summer
>first bulk and scared to get super fat again
>don't know how long I should bulk for
Nice dud, mirin
Im 185 pounds
No, I was pretty skinny growing up, but my dad has always had a naturally larger frame so I think I just started growing into that when I started lifting. I had asthma as a kid so I never got into sports. I want to get into boxing but the place Im looking at is pretty pricey, otherwise I would love to do that in addition to weight lifting.
Oh jeez, the other guys probably have way better diets than I do. Especially the really ripped guy. I keep my breakfast pretty simple. I have a shake, a handful of almonds and usually a probiotic yogurt for digestion and a banana or something. If I have really low time to eat then ill mix some raw eggs in with my shake.
I drink a lot of liquid meals, Im a server so I often work splits so getting home I dont have much time to prepare lunch so Ill blend stuff like nuts, oats, fruit and protein powder in my blender and do that. I've been a lot less clean lately and probably have a couple cheat meals a week. I get a discount where I work so I eat my restaurant food (burgers and stuff like that). But I've cared a lot less about keeping my diet super clean over winter and even at my leanest I still had pretty regular cheat meals. My job is all walking so I kinda can afford to eat pretty liberally without being super high bf. But I am probably around 15-18% right now if I had to hazard a guess. Other than that, I eat a lot of eggs (easy and fun to make at night with some ham and beans), oatmeal and ground beef I like cause theyre super cheap.
181 cm, 83 kgs. 15 months of serious lifting. A lifetime of playing hockey before that
My routine for the past 6 months has been a push pull that looks like this. A1:
Standing Press (lighter) 3x5,
Incline DB, 3x8-12.
Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
Calf Raises 3x12-15
DB/Barbell Row 3x8-12
Leg Curls 3x8-12
BB/DB curls 3x8-12
Deep Squat 3x5
Standing Press 3x5
Bench Press (light) 3x5
Other Press 3x8
Lateral Raise 3x8-12
Tricep Extension 3x8-12
Calf Raises 3x12-15
Pendlay Row: 3x5
Cable Row 3x8-12
Barbell Curls 3x8-12
I should have added though, that I recently mostly ditched bench for DB Bench, I vastly prefer how it feels on my shoulders and Im transitioning a lot of those lifts into hypertrophy pretty soon (started with some of them already). Im probably gonna try and put on a few more lbs and then cut since I have a destination carribean wedding to attend in early april.
First 6 months were a brosplit, then i did 6 months of SS (wanted the legs for ice hockey) but after i hit 1-2-4-4 pl8 i switched over to a PPL.
Thinking of going back to a full body routine again since i can't keep up in school going to they gym 6 times a week.

>tfw finally seeing Hades' Belt Buckle
>not ready for summer
Why not just do the 100 day raw Vegan diet with a daily 15mins of high intensity workout using nothing but four concrete bricks and a short metal pipe? This guy gained 30lbs of muscle totally naturally doing that!
work on shoulders faggot.
Not bad, yo.
Too skinny for my tastes but whatever works son.
HAHAHA looks like his bellys making a silly face. Other than that not bad son.
Fucking hell man.
Not bad yo.
Not bad my homo erectus.

Goal right here.

It's a small martial arts gym, I'm friends with the owner. Also the place was empty because I was lifting out of hours there.
keep in mind i had a pump in that pic tho
8 months srs, back sucks from neglecting it when i was a n00b but now its my focus.
6'0 200 like 17% bodyfat i think
one more when i got back from doing shoulders
>Lift for a month
>Have I made it yet
Not even close, you need at least 3 more months before you hit otter mode, and that's if you stick with a meal plan religiously
That being said, you can make it for summer if you put the work in, you've got a good canvas to start with.
Time to blow this thread the fuck up
>Yes I'm still fat
>Yes I know I'm disgusting to look at
I was 300-310lbs in June last year, so I've lost about 15 lbs a month pretty consistently on a 1300 cal diet(monitored by my doctor & a nutritionist). Also going to the gym 3 times a week & doing cardio 2 times a week inbetween then
I'm a chick I had a double mastectomy when I was 25 & pretty much gave up on life & got fat as fuck over the next 2 years on mostly pizza, french fries, brownies, & hot wings.
I'm 28 for reference
at least you realise you look terrible. not like the ham feminists that like it. Keep up the work, you might look good by the end of this year
Wow. Even when I was training my hardest I only 10lbs/month. And that was with only eating vegetables and eggs, biking 10 miles a day, and going to the gym every day.
What do you do?
I usually don't congratulate hams before they return to human form, but you're doing a good job. Finally a fucking cunt who understands that calories in calories out is simple and the root of everything weight loss. Fuck those SJW HAES bitches who can't learn like you have.
Just ate less & kept the carbs super fucking low(under 15 a day). Gotta keep in mind 300lbs is really fat, so my daily caloric intake would need to be a lot higher then yours probably was to maintain, so to lose it would be a lot higher as well.
Thanks. Agreed. Fuck SJW retards.
Also want to add that it's tapered a lot now too. It's more like 10-12lbs a month now. Lots & lots of cardio now that I can run without risk of busting up my ankles/knees from being so so fat
Been lifting around 6 months. Not really ready for anything and the progression is so slow that i am losing it soon
Is my chest taking ages to grow or do I just have shitty ass insertions?
Lifting 3 months
A.) you're not going to see much progress if any after 3 months
B.) The other anon was right to call you underage b&, you're built like a 12 year old
C.) Your chest insertions very well may be shitty but it's hard to tell because you don't even lift and therefore, they are underdeveloped
5'8 148 lbs, 1 year of lifting.
5'10 went from 145 to 155 in 4 months
Getting somewhere but I could use some more months bulking. Once summer starts it'll be one year since I started training
Thank you and farewell, SS
I'm gonna try to fix my non-existent chest
Congrats on the weight loss and overcoming the depression. Glad you're on the road to self improvement.
Just out of curiosity, though, why did you get a double mastectomy at such a young age?
Started at 245 as of November 1st.
going to gym 5 days a week now. Hoping im going to make it brehs
painted out my tattoos because of all the shit i get . You can bully if you would like.
4 years lifting whereof 1.5 year serious
Dealift 150 kg
Benchpress 100 kg
Military press 50 kg
Wide grip pull ups 8 clean reps
>What to focus on, proportion wise?
>Also have shitty stools every week, does that fuck with gainz alot?
5'10" and 175lbs bcuz amerifag
also wondering how i get rid of fat between abs?
I've been going to the gym on and off for about a year now
(USER WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST)
>massive infant head
>size 9 feet
Sure thing, Manny
Just telling you how it is, flex or not doesn't matter, and one month of illness will not kill 9 months of gains. You are obviously doing something wrong, maybe start going to the gym.
bro... you don't even look like you lift. and I don't mean that as an insult you just threw at me. there is not need for me to post anything because every average joe looks just like you or better. nothing to be jelous about. seriously, fucking put down the fork and think about recomposition. you look soft as fuck and parts of your body that are not fat are small af - eg. arms. again, no offense, you just not look as good as you think you do
>(USER WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST)
>mfw /fit/ has mods
I dunno what to do, plz help bros.
pretty sure winter just started. I usually wait until mid to late spring to cut. Throwing away 3 to 4 good months of bulking for nothing. Well for me any way I live in the north east US. I dont get out without shirt until late spring.
5"9. 181 lbs. I use to weigh 195 and I started 3 months ago. Granted I'm only starting to get serious now.
>Mfw it'll be a year or 2 before I'm summer body ready
But hey patience is key right????
Finally starting to see myself getting back into shape after my 3 month hiatus. Been back about 7 months consistently now. Feeling strong
Enjoy the journey. Work hard consistently and you will grow
