What do I have to do to make walking count as 'cardio'?
I walked 32 minutes today at a fast pace and now I'm out of breath and sweaty is that good?
If your pulse and breath rate went up and stayed up for 32 minutes, then that's cardio, yes.
When I walk as fast as I can it's basically just as exhausting as running. But I like running better, because it doesn't look retarded.
