Please give me some advise. I want your opinion on this schedule I made,
1.30 min walk ( 5 times everyday)
2. 100 squats
I am planning on following this routine for like 2-3 (or even 4-5) weeks, to melt away fat first becoz I am fat like fuck and I hate myself. After some weeks (or months) I will join gym.
With 2 hours and 30 minutes of added walking and a proper diet you'll be less of a fat fuck by the end of the month I guess. Dont expect the fat to melt away however, that barely even happens when you join a gym. Also: sticky.
