Hey /fit, im gonna get my lard ass into shape and using this to cut (pic related). Got my gym membership an hour ago and ready to go.

Am counting calories you dumb fuck, im using this for starting up. Im gonna take more time for accurately finding out what my normal (and fucked up) calorie intake is so that when im done with the shakes i can make structural changes in my eating habits
Also if anyone has tasty dinner recipes those would be much apreciated
