My little sister weighs more than you. Quit being so autistic. You need to eat a lot more and you know it. There is no way you can eat the exact same meal listed day in day out. Do you work 12 hour days or something? There really isn't any excuse for a grown man at 21 and 5'10 to weigh 110lbs. It's entirely self imposed and one can only imagine why you insist on eating less than a starving ethiopian. I genuinely hope this is bait. I'm 5'10 and was a skeleton when I started at 140. I shudder in horror to imagine what 110 must look like.
Chicken, rice, broccoli, eggs, whole milk, turkey and ham sandwiches, fried meats, potatoes, cheeseburgers, pizza, spinach, sausage, lasagna etc etc. I don't plan out each day anymore because that's near impossible to maintain and you aren't a pro bodybuilder. At 110lbs trying to gain weight you shouldn't care either. Eat everything under the sun
You're overcomplicating this OP. Your mealplan is fine if you're talking about sheer calories. Eating that stuff will get you in the range of 3500-4000 cals imo.
-You don't have to weigh everything out, that's autistic.
-You aren't taking your stomach size into account; you'll probably vomit at breakfast due to the sheer volume there.
-If you can, try to go for four to six meals to save yourself stomach discomfort. Four meals works for me. Breakfast, lunch, large snack(prepared when I get home from work, dinner).
-I'm not sure where you're at, but where I am, beef is expensive as fuck. You could easily sub pork or chicken. It's way cheaper if you're in Canada.
France. Porkis cheaper too, but thing is someone on /fit/ told me that pork protein was mostly unusable due to being collagen? So I don't know.
I manage my breakfast just fine btw, eat my 4 nutella toasts wile the omelette is cooking and the tuna is dryingn, then put the 140g of tuna on the omelette and it eat all.
I can't eat oats without gagging though.
It's not like you can't gain weight and size eating only an extremely small range of foods but it will be incredibly difficult if you limit yourself so much. Like I said at 110lbs I'd be eating everything under the sun, beggers can't be choosers if you're serious about gaining weight and not going insane in the process.
