Albuterol is a B2 agonist, so in theory it should work better than ephedrine. Both have stimulating effects on your heart.
It's very person dependent on how either affect you though. You won't really know until you try them.
Ephedrine is easier to find though and usually cheaper (at least the last time I checked many years ago.)

Live off fish, green veg, cottage cheese, and water for two weeks. Fat will melt off.

Wouldn't be this too harsh for the heart? Would it be useful doing this for a week, then maybe doingg only albuterol next week?

I wasn't advocating doing both. You don't need to. Both of them will aid in fat loss the same way, with albuterol additionally helping Lipolysis (fat loss).
The major factor in choice is how you deal with sides though. The sides will affect different people differently.
Try one of them, if you don't like the sides, try the other. If you don't like any sides on any of them, don't do any of them. They are not required to lose weight.

Oh sorry, i misunderstood, i will try beggining on albuterol, since personally i find that ephedrine raises my heart rate more, in case i don't like it, i will change it. Thanks.
