I've been doing Starting Strength for quite a while and have stalled on a lot of my lifts. I'd like to try a new routine just to shock my muscles with something different for a while. Does anyone know what would be the SS of split routines or anything else different that you could recommend?
If your current volume isn't working, increase it, simple as that. There is no real need to make your training more complex. Just deload 20% (as opposed to 10%), do 3x8 on the lifts and work back up. If you eat enough that should carry you above your current strength levels. If that stops working you can just switch to 3x5 again. If that stalls again, drop to 3x3 or deload 20% again and go to 3x8 again.

Friend went from a 70 KG to a 90 KG Bench without real stalling(from 3x5 3x8). He tried SS and then did what I just told you.
