Winter bulk edition.
Been liftan for about 4 months, critique welcome as idk much about routines.
I did a short 6 month bulk during the summer. Starting early on my cut now; 8 more pounds then I'm maintaining til next winter.

What's your routine?
I started lifting in February, did SS and switched to PHUL in the summer, took 2 months off and am back on the SS train. Been doing a shitload of accessories for arms tho, curls, skullcrusher, pull ups etc.

my leg day consists of squats, front squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls and i just added one legged dumbell squats for 2 sets as a burn out. shit sucks. then i do standing calf raises for 3 sets of 10, and calf raise machine 2 sets to failure.

We just dont have the money to buy a pre amp and mics and recording headphones and a laptop with enough balls to mix and master plus software and being familiar with it. There is quite a bt to it if you want it to not sound like total shit. Someday ill have my own studio though

I went on 2 full bulk and cut cycles but man I don't recommend that at all. I've made my best progress eating clean with a slight caloric surplus.
As for programs, for the majority of my training I did powerlifting programs. Went from SL to Madcow's to Texas Method to Candito's 6 Week. Made great gains on C6W. Just started doing PPLPPLx and making great hypertrophy gains but gonna hop on C6W again.
Tbh programs don't really mean anything. Some people react differently to different things, and it's usually you who determines how you make gains on a program. Eat well, sleep well, and train hard and any program will work.

My mom cooks good food too for sure, I just feel I need to be more exact. I get enough protein but I dunno what I'm eating caloricly every day. I just weigh myself daily and average it over the week and if it's staying about the same I figure I'm okay. Or dropping a little I guess. As long as I'm not getting fatter.

8 months on mostly this, with a few weeks of variation. Only 3 days a week, AxBxAxx every week. I skip curls too often, when I flex its big but just normally I have DYEL arms

I agree. All I can hope is that it shows when fat is lost because I am at 160 squat and 200 dl for 5 and making strength gains so I do lift.
