Whatever that's left

What do you think? I want to bulk, but I don't know if my diet is good.

I don't know what type of chicken to eat. I can't go to the butcher eveyday because money, and isn't beef better than chicken in terms of protein?
Also, why is rice so praised here?

a loaf of bread is what? 400 grams? 400 grams is an average jar of nutella.
400 grams of bread is 1000 cals. To get to 3k cal you need to eat a jar of nutella a day. I don't believe you ate a jar of nutella a day
i used to eat about a loaf of bread a day with my 6-7 homemade chicken sandwiches, i got big/fat as fuck. i don't condone eating much bread anymore. the sodium will make you look a lot fatter than you are.
Chicken is a lot better then beef protein wise....just get a bag of frozen chicken breasts from a store and cook those in the oven...eat a shit ton of chicken for protein then eat a shit ton of pasta for carbs and your break fast is alright just try to add oats in there and eat pasta through out the day and more then anything don't be a puss
