How to train maximal (fast twitch) muscle fibres ?

The other muscle fibres you oxygen so when there isnt any your body uses the other muscle fibres.

Slow twitch is full oxygen from the blood
Medium twitch uses oxygen through a slower oxygen devlivering system
Fast twitch is full ADN (I think thats what it called) Which is no oxygen what so ever, its like this juice that is inside your muscles AFAIK

This 'hold your breath to train fast twitch' is interesting, but I don't know if I already do it. I take in deep breaths, bust a few reps on it, exhale, do another rep, then inhale a big gulp again.
Seems to be efficient as fuck. I don't calculate or think about it, it's like automatic and in time with my lifting.
Thats the idea man. I used to warm up but started getting cocky.

You will always lift more while inhaling but say if you were doing pushups while holding your breath, you could be training your FT fibres more directly.
