Alright guys so 5'9 146lbs pound Manlet here.
So a while ago I posted here weather I should cut or bulk I had everyone telling me I should cut. I used to weigh around 156, the thing is I'm not even fat just have a beer belly. So I started my cut and this has been my usual routine
5 egg whites one whole egg
2 scoops of hydro whey with water
3Oz chicken breast with a cup of mixed vegetables
While can of bumblebee tuna with 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
I also drink about a gallon of water a day.
The problem is this equates to about 830-900cal a day. Is this too extreme of a cut?
Also should mention that immediately after the gym I go play ball for about an hour.
Another thing is what would be a good replacement to tuna? Cause I literally eat the Same exact thing everyday. Is there actually any danger to eating one can ever single day?

Just count your calories and get 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight at the minimum.
You need to cut until that fucking disgusting belly is gone, then bulk. Also don't post pictures of yourself from 10 lbs ago, post a more recent pic you absolute fucking autist.

Not saying it's impressive or anything but compared to what I looked like before when I was like 2 years younger it's a massive improvement. I'm telling you I literally used to look like a fucking aids patient.
it's horrible, I was obese for years and hated it, now I am no longer obese and sitting around 12% body fat life is fucking good. You will never know this feel unless you face reality and then do something to change it fat boy.

- Your entire cut is wrong. Don't go more than 500 calories under TDEE (count your niggerball into this as well). Anything below that will just destroy whatever little muscle you have. Also, being /fit/ should be a LIFESTYLE, and therefore done in a sustainable manner.
- Tuna is a shit tier fish to eat every day. You'll come down with mercury poisoning
Anything under 1500 will make you stay fat, your body thinks youre starving and stores fat quicker. Shoot for the 1600-1900 range, if youre lifting regularly and doing cardio at least twice a week that deficit would be ideal.
Dude is this real? I'm 5'8 and was cutting a few years ago and the lowest I got was 155 and did not fucking look like this and I wasn't even lifting.

Go to a doctor and get that gut checked out. There may be a legit problem there, since it shouldn't be like that.
Cut out alcohol, and give the tuna a rest for a while. You're gonna give yourself mercury poisoning.
What should I replace tuna with? Isn't it god tier for cutting?
And yeah the liquor definitely contributes to the gut. But FYI I really tried to stick the gut out when I took the pic.
