Yeah I did SS then moved to Candito's 6 week intermediate. Saw some awesome strength gains on that for squat and dl, might want to ask /plg/ how to change the bench programming if it doesn't work for you though.
max is 315, but that's only with the normal bar,(I've never tried the hexbar). I've been liftin since september and don't remember where I started, but I feel like i progressed well
