People ITT thinking Dom is a real person. He's a fucking character invented by these two comedians. His videos should not give you any idea whatsoever about what his actual diet or program looks like.
I always though that it was tricepts that made arms look largest not Bicepts. Look at Olympic lifters or power lifters, huge arms without much bicept.
Dom doesn't press enough to balance out his physique you can see it in his chest.
Dom actually does seem to curl to much.
Because thats how arms are shaped, a lot of lifters roll their shoulders inward to compensate
Besides if you knew anything about anatomy and how the muscles in the arm move the arm youd realise that a muscular arm will ALLWAYS look bigger from the side

I vaguely remember him letting out that he does a pretty standard brosplit/BB routine and doesn't do much more than eat cleanish, use protein and look for moderate gains, he doesn't consider himself a monster or a serious trainer at all, just a guy that is serious about lifting. He was a PT for a while IIRC
