Anyways our based natty lord has some good but basic cooking videos.

Neckbone/oxtail soup. Pork neckbones etc probably the cheaper marginal bone.

Try to not get bone chips in your soup

2:1:1 for onions, carrots, and celery. Saute first, then boil. Cabbage, your choice of any tuberous vegetable really. If basic, potato. Turnip etc are also an equally valid option.

I think most chickens come pre-deorganed. I don't make whole chicken, but the one time I did the liver and shit was in an extra bag stuffed inside.
