Any approved source of /fit/ recipes? Can be youtube channel or website, I just can't tell which sites are legit.
>recipes with fresh jalapenos
My heart yearns for jalapenos, but they're hard to come by and expensive as fuck where I live.

>"son I brought you jalapenos"
>give her a hug

Neckbone/oxtail soup. Pork neckbones etc probably the cheaper marginal bone.
Try to not get bone chips in your soup
2:1:1 for onions, carrots, and celery. Saute first, then boil. Cabbage, your choice of any tuberous vegetable really. If basic, potato. Turnip etc are also an equally valid option.
you can adjust the ingrediens to your taste e.g. swapping tuna for roast beef or sumting lie dat
this shits starting to make me hungry, have some brotein bars lads
If you have leftovers from these then you can freeze them and have meals that only need to get nuked for a few mins or so
