What's your preference on going out your way to work the forearm? Do you do wrist curls and so on to train them or do you let other excercises train them or things like curl your wrists as you do barbell curls?
You're not going to huge forearms training your fingers buddy and this is coming from someone who has used gripmasters for years.
Training your fingers is very useful though.
