Can the people on /fit/ who don't train their neck please explain to me why they think the muscles in their neck are different to all other muscles in their body and don't need to be trained?
It has and that is the proper way to do it. If you really consider bullshit like neck straps, you might be doing something wrong with your compounds or maybe your body dysmorphia.
Your neck musculature is not supposed to lift heavy weights over a wide range of motion. If you try, you might risking severe injuries.
