I Would personally add squats (3x5) to workout B and reduce diddlylift to 1x5.
People you don't get it this is Greg asking for his program to catch out copyright infringements. If you give your email to get this program expect an email from lawyers wanting you in court.

If that emails contains copyrighted material then yes it is illegal.
You cant just go and email someone movies you downloaded and say to the lawyers I was just sending an email.

Ok so this is how it went;

So as you can see, it appears that if you fuck up like I did and was able to push out 8 reps on the first set, you are fucked for the rest of the workout. What I opted at the time was input my data at the ivanniklokov rep max calculated and determined a different 5 rep max then.
I've been doing pic related for almost 2 months. I threw in abs/calves though. An wheel/leg raises/cable crunch/standing calf raises.
Believe it or not your legs will not shrink and your traps, chest, back, etc will grow.
I just do it because it's easy and can milk results.
Idc about squats anymore because im done with pl and all they do is give me a big ass.
People shit on the low volume but it's pretty good program and rep scheme to get those key lifts up.
Do you know how to read? He explicitly said to do the heaviest weight the very first set then taper down so that you can work ALL muscle fibers.
