Jesus Christ how is that even possible op. I recommend a full body workout 3 times a week, doing a lower body compound exercise, upper body pulling exercise, and upper body pushing exercise each workout. After a year or two hop on a cycle, you could be the next mountain brah.
On another note do you have any joint pain from being that tall? Friend of mine is around 6'8 and his back and knees are messed up, he is fat and does manual labour though.

fellow 6'10" here. Heaviest I got was just out of high school @220lbs with 16% bf. Still looked thin as hell. I went full retard 6-7k calories a day (lots of liquid calories and shakes) and at least 200g of protein to get there. I lifted every other day. If I did every day I would lose weight. I stopped the diet when I had kids and dropped to 180 within a year and stayed there for 5 years. Didn't help I cycled 18 miles a day to work during that time. Now I'm back to lifting. Creatine and BCAA's along with gainer shakes to boost my calories. I don't focus so much on calories as I do protein now. I try to hit 220g protein a day. It's still a lot of food to reach that. Slow progress. My goal is to get above 220lbs this time around. Work your back and core hard. That long spine makes it inherently weaker so you have to make up for that with a lot of back strength. I do Romanian dead lifts, various rows, and pull ups on top of whatever muscle group I have planned for that day.
