Been lifting a little under a year
Currently cutting (getting down to 10% bf so I can go on a long bulk again)
My squat is shit, I know. I had a hard time getting form right and only now am I beginning to feel comfortable with it. I think it was due mainly to flexibility issues which I've been working on.
Hoping to get everything into advanced level or past midway point of intermediate before jumping to Texas Method and really getting some strength gains.

I couldn't walk without godawful pain for over a week, it was a bad injury, i was DLing 110 and squatting 92.5, so not even good before the injury.
When i get my OHP to 60 kilos and my Bench to 100kilos i'll stop advancing and wait for my other lifts to catch up to 140kg squats and 180kg deadlifts

yes, i played football and wrestled for 4 years before starting a lifting routine. i was 5'4 285 lbs freshman year of highschool and those are my stats after 18 months believe it or not.
and no, i only do seated dumbbell ohp which doesn't count. if it makes you feel better i tried OHP once a few months back and got 145 for a few reps but other than that i dont do them
Lifting off and on for 1 year. Took about a 6 month break in the summer where I went maybe once every couple weeks because I was travelling. Let this be a lesson to you: no excuse is good enough. If you don't go you'll barely make any progress.
Everyone tells me I've made lots of progress but I've let myself down because I was hoping to hit 1000 in big 3 by 1 year mark considering my size.
