This won't build any impressive amount of muscle and you would never look like Christian bale.
Would improve general health and well being for the sedentary person.
There are much better body weight routines.
What if my goal is 100 pressups and 200 situps and 150 squats? With no rest
Started on 12 pressups, 23 situps, and 15 squats
Do it every day, fast forward 6 weeks I'm on 55 pressups, 80 situps, and 60 squats
190lbs down from 202lbs 6ft
Am I gonna make it?
