Thoughts on Insanity 60?

I've tried it, it's neat and challenging and definitely burns a lot of calories. Mixing lifting and cardio would be better in every possible way that I can think of, but if you want to try it, it's got some neat stuff in it.
The only issue I had is my bad knees because they do a lot of jumping exercises.
sure but atm i have litteraly zero cardio and it seriously bother me. + i like my actual body shape. Or maybe a bit more muscle but not a lot.
I don't want to do insanity and finish skeleton mode with 8% BF 60kg :s
Holy shit I'm so tired of people giving out uneducated advice. Cardio is GOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR GAINS. Especially HIIT. Just fucking eat more than you burn to gain, and burn more than you eat to lose. Calories fucking in, vs calories fucking out.

Especially this fuck, read the sticky, you wouldn't ask stupid questions about protein if you did. Protein powder is literally just food, why is that such a hard concept to grasp for some people? If it has nutrition facts on it, it's food.

i did insanity with my brother a few years ago was torture id much rather just do the rowing machine or sprints for hiit, all of the lateral movement started to hurt my right knee as well something i had never had before
