This is the best I could do. I doubt it even works properly. I felt 1 side one come down easier than the other.
Because I'm on canditos program and I just did ohp. So to counter the muscles I just used I have to do a lat pulldown so I dont get an overuse injury. Have you even read the program?
Calm your tits, you didn't even mention your routine before.
Also, just do fucking pullups, lat pulldowns suck anyway. You don't need to stick to a program 1:1 when you have half a brain.
