I'm not lying, I got asked once why I always use so much weight, even though I can't get the bar up like that. Gym is mostly filled with disco lifters and cardio bunnies. I don't really mind though.

I'm literally the only one that does squats, benches, dead lifts, or overhead press.

The gym is always packed with soccer moms who slave away at the cardio machines, and the men that go to lift only use the machines (not even smiths) dead SRS.

I go to a commercial 24/7 gym at night so there's only 2-4 regulars there on average

One of the guys do ohp and bench with dumbbells plus some stuff on the machines, another guy is a young indian who just does variations of bicep curls for an hour, the 3rd is some perma-dyel who I have no idea what the fuck he does, and the final is dad indian who goes around to each machine in turn and does one set.

Actually I've never seen anyone do any leg work with anything aside from dad indian when he gets around to the leg machines.

At least it's good to know I'll always be squat king of the night time.

Can't find a name for it in english, but it's a bench that you fasten your legs in so you lie upside down like the GIF.

It's called "Brutal bänk" = Brutal Bench in Swedish and I'm the only one in my gym that actually do it correctly.

Farmers Walks

I do 3 sets walk 25 meters drop, turn around, take about 5-10 seconds to prep and psych myself for that heavy shit, pick em up and walk back to where I came from.

I do that shit 3 times a week, at least once a week some cunt will put down a mat during my sets and start doing stretches, even so they've seen me walking up and down that fucking area.

I've yet to see full ROM squats or bench press.
I've yet to see non rounded back deadlifts.

It seems that I'm pretty much the only person who does powerlifting in the entire gym and knows a thing or two about proper form.
