I do 100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats, and 10 km run everyday while saving money to spend on my mind instead.

I dont have a one rep max lift for any lifts. i do 'A' 5x5 heavy and then alternate next A for 12x4 less heavy.

I always write down every lift i do so next time i know what i need to better my last attempt.

Gone from six foot one, one hundred and sixty pounds, to one hundred and seventy five.

im squatting 5x50 body weight at the moment. when i hit 300 squats ill start adding weight again.

This routine has been suggested by the gym owner a fucking huuge but manlet dude I've been following it for 4 months now and i got pretty good results but i'am aiming for the husbando mode, so what do you guys think? What should i add or remove?

Push-ups need to be increased 100 twice or three times daily shouldn't be an issue if you can do 100 pull-ups a day. 10km run daily WILL fuck your shit right up in the long run though should probably switch that to every other day.

What should I do if I have a weakness in my hip adductor and flexors due to a prior injury, which is now healed.

I can deadlift around 150kg, and easily 140kg but my squat is barely 90kg and I struggle when I'm rising from bottom to top-just the moment of the rise, I'm fine afterwards- and the first initial "sitting" phase.
