fair enough man. its hard thing to keep up thats for sure. but if you stick with it, it might be the best thing you've ever done for yourself.
my advice would be to eat your normal amount of meals each day but drink two shakes each day of milk, tablespoon of coconut oil, a cup of oats and protein powder. i have it instead of breakfast and after dinner. i owe all my gains to it.
