dude just embrace it. We look naturally /fa. Clothes just looks better on a thin frame, its the way it falls and moves as the wearer thats what gives the clothes attitude and make it look sick as fuck

He's right, in general stick to darker colours because bright colours reveal your thin frame alot more- equivalent to hanging a "look at me!" sign around your neck.

fair enough man. its hard thing to keep up thats for sure. but if you stick with it, it might be the best thing you've ever done for yourself.

my advice would be to eat your normal amount of meals each day but drink two shakes each day of milk, tablespoon of coconut oil, a cup of oats and protein powder. i have it instead of breakfast and after dinner. i owe all my gains to it.
