What Levi jeans look like pic related? Please help!
I am 33 inch waist.. I bought some Levi 511's but they look nothing like pic related when I pinroll them. They seem to be the right size around the waist, but too baggy around the calves..
Those are A.P.C. jeans. There are no Levi's with red selvedge.
i bought like 5 pairs of Gustin demin and while the materials are kinda crap shoot, I have gotten jeans significantly nicer from them than my acne or apc jeans. I'm a big fan but they are blowing up and inevitably going to take a downturn in quality. But as for right now very impressed if you're a poorfag with a few months.
I reversed image searched the photo after people started saying they could be other brands.
from my earlier post >>9185236
>A.P.C. Petit Standard (the skinniest fit) most likely
But yeah, no point arguing. cheers
It's loading on my side. Try http://www.denimio.com/japan-blue for the full JB product list
damn we both have an iPad with no SIM inside lol
you're probably going to want to look at the "Skinny" cuts in around 14oz, this seems closest to what you're looking for
feel free to try lightweight (more comfortable initially, also less hot) or heavyweight denim (tends to fade faster) if you like though
you need help picking a pair too? lol
before you go ahead and get those jeans shipped all the way from japan, please get a tape measure out and measure some pants you have
and compare them to the measurements on the site so you know you're not getting them too big or small
Skinny or tapered will probably have similar ankle width but tapered will offer more in the thigh.
Measure a current pair of trousers and compare the measurements to the jeans. dimensions.
selvedge is how the outer seem on the legs is sewn, it has a self edge. Generally it means higher quality.
Raw means the jeans are unwashed so the indigo die is still completely intact. In time it fades to your bodies specifics.
Skinny jeans are just a fit. you can get skinny raw jeans, skinny selvege jeans and skinny raw selvege jeans, but you're best off going with non-raw (washed) and non-selvege skinny jeans. Raws are uncomfortable and tend to stretch out.
it's pretty much the same thing
just keep in mind the fabric will be initially stiffer than your typical jeans until you break them in
it won't be nearly like as pic related (32 oz) though so don't worry lol
Yeah sure, looks good. Are you skinny?
Keep in mind that the Tapered fits looser in the top half than the Skinny like >>9185400
Like I said dude, get a tape measure out before you order (not joking)
You don't want to end up starting a new thread next week about how you got a pair that looks huge on you and how $100 denim is a scam and you'll stick to hollister from now on
>Doesn't offer and better advice
Here's that reply you definitely wanted, go nuts.
How much do Japan Blues stretch, and just how skinny does the skinny cut fit? I'm probably gonna grab a pair of those for my next pair in a week or two. Depending on things, might send them off to NY or something to get them tapered, but not sure.
here is how they fit, please compare
they will probably be tight in the top block at first, so beware of that
true to size or size down 1
My advice is that you WILL most likely fuck up your first pair. Go out and buy a pair of gap raw or levis shrink-to-fit or even unbranded. Experiment with sizing and stretching for a while before you take a shot at that premium pair. It's not simply just waist size you have to worry about. There are rise length, proportion of the seat and thigh and all other shit that I can guarantee you will fuck up.
