Cop or Not
take a drink whenever somebody posts something retarded edition
Cop or not?
$184 Red Wings from Nordstrom's Rack
which shoes should I get to go with this outfit
Narrowed it down to these four, leaning towards 2 or 4
cop or not?
cop, As far as the sizing thing, I might try and aim for TTS because a half size is a pretty big amount in my opinion but I've never owned red wings so sorry
You were the one in that WAYWT I gave shit about the shoes and colors being whack.
That is just not a good fit with big chunky NBs m8. Maybe 4 if you had to have new balances, but not recommended for that coat.
I just want a pair to wear with sweatpants in my shitty comfy core fits. I'm using this pic because any color that goes well with these jeans will go well with grey and navy sweats
I get what youre saying tho. I wouldn't wear a long coat and NB's in public, I'd get confused for a sperglord engineer at my uni
cop or not? its helikon because the alpha one is almost impossible to find.
Cop or not?
Ok this came back in stock (pic was 3rd choice), c or n?
Carhartt Belmont, its chilly lads cop or no?
what do you guys think about this? the color is "purple" but I hope the actual shade is darker
topman quality check? good for basics but never bought something more than ~30 from them
It's J Crew... but it's also all wool with warm sherpa lining....
generation I or II?
I'm also thinking about kopping this (or the Miltec one), but don't know how it fits
most of the stuff you can find online doesn't reveal much
it's gen 1. i'm leaning towards the mil tec one because i looked in the archive and an anon that apparently tried them both on said that the mil tec one is better quality and a better colour but idk really. the overall consensus on sizing is that you should size down but military1st where im gonna cop offers free exchanges anyway. hope this helps
COP OR NOT?
Looking for a good anorak. Cop/not?
thanks for the info ! military1st is also what I had in mind.
the reason why I prefer the Helikon Gen I over Gen II and the mil tec ones is that they have slanted lower pockets instead of straight, kinda too big
Is this thread still alive? I really need a second opinion on whether or not i should cop these
Worth $200?: http://shop.havenshop.ca/collections/sale-items/products/big-yank-1935-dot-c-shirt-ls
between the two: left
but don't cop any of those
i would only cop shirt
If you know how to use, cop
Do I cop a similar chore coat?
Looking for a backpack that I can use with my sligthly #menswear fits. What do you think of this one?
second opinion about this jacket?
Thinking about copping this:
Can anyone comment on the quality of All Saints much? Never bought from them before.
lmao at the people saying no
There aren't that many decent looking gloves out there that aren't "mens '#menswear' wear" so this is a pretty decent option if it doesn't look too overstated in your fit. It's just my preference, but I like gloves that don't stand out too much. I think this is a nice in-between piece.
I've never bought skinny fit jeans, I've always gone slim straight
I'm looking for something that tapers some through the calf, something that can look good cuffed, pinrolled and left to stack. How are the black SK's?
Probably about 15-20% higher in cost than they should be (although this varies from piece to piece.) However, the fit is generally quite good, especially on the bottoms. Consider also that the quality of All Saints alternatives has decreased over the past decade whereas I think that AS has been pretty consistent. On that note perhaps they are less over-priced than I originally figured them as.
Also, those are definitely coppable pants!
I have this chore coat and I highly recommend it. It's slim, looks really sharp, can take a beating, and is water resistant due to the tight weave (I waxed mine for extra protection). I have the unlined one, which is great for layering. I've had mine for four years or so and it still gets lots of compliments.
The only downside is they're more expensive now. When I bought mine they cost $40. Now they're $90 or something. It's still a good value, but it felt like a damn steal at forty.
Shoes are too high for sure. Their boots can be pretty nice, but only on sale (as the other poster stated, although more emphatically than I did). All other entries by AS into footwear are pretty middling I think.
Pants are a go, though. I am not sure off the top of my head who would directly compete with those at that price. Maybe etudes? I don't know if they're selling that wash anymore.
Probably the biggest mistake I've read of a poster making here in quite some time. If you can return them, I would highly recommend it. If it's just a giant cash phallus to have wagging over your own sexuated lack, then so be it, but you could do this for much cheaper I think, and with much more care for beauty of the social ecology you are apart of.
dude you post shit like those belts all the time
I've seen like four threads where you post your fancy belts and/or ask whether or not to cop some silly used LV belt and whenever people tell you they look stupid you spout the same 'flip for profit' nonsense
I don't care if you want to buy obnoxiously branded overpriced accessories; do it if it makes you happy. Just don't ask for opinions and then get insecure when others don't validate your purchases.
Well, as you know, the cost is also relative. It is simultaneously determined by the piece's future specificity to a fit. If there are no other existing shoes that could do for your fit what these do, then the price is more justifiable, regardless of whatever baselines for cost/value people who don't know what you are buying these for are going off of. I wouldn't doubt that this style and its lack of ornamentation could be hard to find, so definitely don't count it out just because I'm reading the shoe without context here. I don't know how long you've been looking for something like this, or what the others you've compared it to are like. It's a nice shoe!
Oh boy, I didn't even see you posted a thread corresponding to these belts. This is not good, mate.Your fashion identity needs to be detained and rehabilitated before it does too much harm.
Also the "flip for profit" isn't nonsense. I actually do. I've said I occasionally buy from store. Not saying I don't at all. I do buy some belts for me. I'm not insecure about my purchases. I buy clothing for me that some deem too expensive and tacky.
Right now you posted your shitty belts in the cop or not thread the recent cops thread and started your own thread about them. every time you posted people shit on them. take a fucking hint.
It was just a made up example because I don't remember all the things you post. It just makes you look childish when you get so defensive over something so trivial. I'm not hating on you. I just want you to step back and look at how you're coming off to others. It's not a healthy way to interact socially.
does anyone know a pant that fits like this without the detail in the knees? Please god help me
I'm pretty sure Zara is selling a million and one cotton/sweat joggers right now. Check there. I'm assuming that if you don't know where to find these you are not willing to spend over 100~ for a pant. If you are, there are better quality options for sure.
Ahh right. One of the main issues I run into in NZ is the slap you in the face currency conversion/shipping and tax on top of that so it's hard to justify copping things at a much higher price unless I'm having wet dreams about it.
Thanks again though, you're almost too helpful for /fa/ :)
If you can find leather laces to match the outsole, I think those can make decent feit lookalikes.
Oh sure, I'm just sitting around waiting to get into the mood for reading a book. Hope your decision works out best for you~
Anyone who gets mad at richfags and disregards expensive items in this thread is butthurt as fuck.
You have yet to learn what really leaves an impression on normie society. It's not your, oh so edgy, Raf Simons clown shoes. No, it's known, common expensive brands that every basic bitch (who is most usually the hottest bitch) can recognise for a mile away.
If you want to get laid, dress in expensive brands. If you want to impress /fa/, be a short, thin Asian with babyface and pale inspo sneakers.
I "need" a good bag. My mother is paying. She hates monograms and trendy, overplayed shapes (e.g. a Speedy or a Rockie). The price limit is something like 2000 so The Row/Hermes/SLP are out of the question. She suggested Proenza Schouler. What's the consensus on a PS1?
Cop/not and if not where else should I look for decent Chelseas under 200? poorfag newfag here
Oh. Southern America here, as a man if you call your parents "mother" and "father" you're definitely a fag. "Mommy" and "daddy" you're beyond a fag, you're actually a woman.
It's "Ma" or "Mom", and "Pa" "Pops" or "Dad" here.
is cheap monday quality good
I'm a teacher.
Semi formal attire, no ties or anything.
I bought both of these boots on black Friday. Which is a better cop?
(I drive, walk from parking lots to buildings only)
IR I got for 256$
I got for $300
Does anybody know how skinny they are? Already bought Unbranded and have to sell them because leg opening was large as fisted anus and it wasn't tapered at all and felt more like straight. Can't find many pictures but everybody said Blue Japan is pretty gud.
Should I cop?
Normally wear all black with giant ass white Buffalos.
Cop or not?
Should I? Would be like $40.
Can get them for a pretty good price and looking for some new spring/summer shoes
A jacket for going out. Bombers haven't caught on hard here yet, probably won't.
these dc shoes...thing is, only skate shoes look good on me, don't know what else
I also wear slimmer pants
(these pants are old)
convince me not to buy these please
I find bombers a bit androgenous/feminine, would a harrington like pic related be a good substitute?
