Old one at 298, come be Fuccboi's here
Any inspo/ideas for what to wear with these? I haven't put them on in years and I kinda feel like wearing Chuck Taylors again. What can I combine them with to not look like an edgy middle schooler?
Then probably keep it like it is and just make it really healthy (take great care of it). Maybe pigtails could work, idk. It's hard to judge hair without face. It does seem like you have a relatively small face, so maybe that big lick-fringe could go down a little. Just don't be too plain (this is the worst) but don't try to overcompensate by getting some "kooky" haircut; find a nice middle ground
not the person you're talking to, but your hair looks fine. you could wear it in a bun or ponytail. i don't think bangs would look better or worse (depends on the person - some people like em some people dont). cutting your hair shorter than shoulder level would probably look worse. don't do anything edgy (pixie cut, skrillex, very noticeable highlights, dying it any absurd color if you aren't tumblrcore, etc.) as it will look waaay worse. try a different part instead of that side part. maybe try layering it? it seriously looks great as it is
I wish I knew of specific examples to give you inspo from but I'm not knowledgable enough. I can give some advice though
Don't do bangs, that's the main point
Stay as "natural" as possible, I think clearly doctored hair wouldn't suit you. Feel free to straighten it and stuff, but don't do like Jennifer Anniston hair.
Feel free to go a little above the shoulder. Nothing dramatic to begin with, but maybe 3 or 4 inches could go and you'd still look fine.
Also feel free to grow it out long as fuck, as long as you take really good care of it.
I think basically the main thing is don't try to be someone you aren't hairwise - just build on what you have already and make it a really high point of your body
If you're a new friend go read the fucking sticky.
But anyways, it's like a fashion insult for a person who cares too much about his looks or a person who has more money than style (someone wearing that god awful gucci and versace shit) and thinks that money can buy fashion. Also a person who dresses bad.
The fuccboi general is a perfect thread for you; it's a place where people come to ask questions about shit and just have a fashion related chit-chat every once in a while.
PS. Post fit fuccboi
Which jeans should I wear? it will be with off white shoes
Ok so what shoes go with skinny jeans? Are pic related fine? also what shirts go with skinny jeans, I don't want nothing too fancy just something comfy and casual what are some good brands?
Basically any crewneck that's just a tiny bit oversized. Basics are always good and pretty in atm. Basically whoever sells basics in your area. AS Colour in AUS/NZ, American Apparel and Uniqlo elsewhere
Is it ok to wear a hoodie or something longsleeve and warm with shorts at night time?
It's been hot all day but I know it'll get cold at night and I'm gonna be out of home all day. Autumn is awkward as fuck where I live, it's either too hot or too cold, either way you're always overdressed or underdressed.
how does this parka look? should I keep it and if yes with what do I combine it with?
What's going to be the next big aesthetic now that monochrome has been deemed un effay
I think it's going to be dark muted earthtones, alot of tobacco and dark greys, with Scandinaviancore becoming a lot bigger
>norse projects our legacy usually what I'm dressed in
what would effay pair with these jeans (other than this entire outfit/a noose)
Hair looks good. Your face (although blurred) appears to be fairly round. Nothing worng with that, but everyone wants hair that contrasts their face shape. The long hair does it for you. You're obviously young, too, so keeping it down is appropriate.
Keep it healthy, give it volume/texture. Looks great.
Dark. For dat contrast. I'm not a fan of the outerwear, btw.
Looks good. I feel like I want to wax them, though. Give the leather a little more character. They're kind of... bland.
I would put those jeans in a furnace. Wayyyy too faded and unshapely. Faded can be ok, IF ITS SHAPELY. These are grandpa jeans.
Does anyone know where I can cop a good pair of black boots?
I'd cop some iron rangers, but I'm not so sure about the soles.
I'm basically looking for black boots that'll last, but don't have box-toes.
which color should i cop?
what would i wear if i were to go hitchhiking/ hiking from Florida to Maine to washington and settle there.
I was thinking of:
>Banana Republic light grey t shirt
>Levi 510 in black overdye
>pair of b/w authentic vans i have from hs
>Indigo lightwash levis trucker jacket
The only thing I need help with is choosing a pair of socks for the journey.
also, was thinking about doing this in the late summer/early autumn.
I need to clean my flyknits, back at home the washer could be set to very low revs and overall gentle handling but now Im in the us and the washer I have to use here only has a setting for "delicates". Will I be fine?
I'm looking for something that would be good in a business casual environment and outdoors. Would pic related be a good choice? If not, what should I look for instead?
I've bought stuff from this website several times; it's legit.
One time, I even got something for free
>order a camera
>shipping is slow as fuck, didn't get a tracking number for the order
>2 weeks in, get tired of waiting
>cancel order(got my money back), buy camera off of amazon
>the next day, get a text from dhl
>your package will arrive tomorrow
now I have two cameras
So I bought all these pieces I really like, but my wardrobe is still limited and when I put them together I look rockabilly as fuck. That hardly seems /fa/. How to change up my style?
How do J. Crew slim shirts compare to uniqlo's in terms of fit/cut?
i've searched a lot but to no avail so here we go:
where can i pick up a pair of reasonably skinny jeans in this wash for $50 or under? i know that's not a lot of budget to work with but am poor
The shoes I currently have range from size 8 to 10 US... Too much difference
I tried doing this, but couldn't much. Shoe in question is converse jack purcell cp.
>1. Find a store that stocks the shit.
Normally this is what I'd do, but I don't know of any stores with them in Brisbane.
i can't breathe
Do these tags look legit?
I can post more if necessary.
Thinking about getting some Dr Martens 1460s.
How should they fit? I can't even ask if they're TTS, I've had so many terrible experiences with shoes where they fit fine in the shop then are too loose/tight after a few weeks of wear.
If one of you could just generally describe how they fit comfortably on your feet, I'd be grateful.
hair is down to ass crack. am donating it. suggestions for haircut/style?
Can anyone ID anything similar to any of these jackets?
I like V necks, and I like the quality of American Apparel's V necks, but I hate how deep they cut
I tried Hanes cheapo V necks, and I like how deep the V is on the white ones, but the grey/black ones are only technically a V neck; it's basically a crew neck that tapers to a point
What's a good V that's in between those? I have some 2xist ones, and that's probably my favorite so far but I think there are probably better ones out there
I own Iron Rangers. At $250, I am happy with my purchase.
>Are they comfortable?
To a degree. They are not cushioned in any respect, so if you stand on your feet all day your soles will ache. Also, these are not boots for serious hiking. I spent a day in the woods and left with blisters. With thick socks and some footwraps, however, this problem can be avoided--in which case, they are very nice.
Aesthetically, I love Iron Rangers. I love taking care of them, treating the leather right, the feeling of lacing them up, and wearing them in a solid fit.
Personally, I think that their build looks better in an earth-tone color (I own amber harness, perhaps the most popular colorway), but if you're going for a Brando-esque biker or "Dark Americana" style, then yeah, go for it. The light highlight around the sole looks incredible in contrast with the black upper.
What you need to ask yourself is this:
>What is my aesthetic?
Like I said, if you're into the americana vibe then this is a yes. If you're into techwear, streetwear, or darkstyle then I'd recommend a boot with a slimmer profile.
This is solid as hell. I would rock this.
If you're afraid that your wardrobe is limited, just ask yourself, "If I were to go to even X, what would I need to wear?" "If it started raining while I was wearing Y outfit, what kind of jacket do I wish I would have?"
Use this method to fill out your wardrobe. Take it in whatever direction you want. And ask yourself, "Do I have to much of this specific color?" (I noticed that much of my wardrobe is gray and navy, for example. Change it up for versatility.)
Sorry about the bad lighting, but are there any redeeming qualities for this jacket? It was my dad's go-to back in the 80's, and it's still in pretty good condition. It's a lot shorter than my regular cut shirts, and the lapels are kind of huge. Thoughts?
anybody know where to get skinny pants in this color
cheap as possible pls
af1 hi or mids?
kind of a manlet so i'm leaning towards lows
w2c jacket identical to this OR how to describe the outer fabric. Google is giving me nadda.
Ordered pic related, saw someone bashing them in another thread. One person bashing these for not being canvas, the other one bashing them for being juvenile. (I'm only 20 in college)
Did I make a mistake? I like them, don't see what would really be wrong with them. Just seem like basic high tops to me
I know the first rule of the /fa/ club is to never dress like a fictional character, but I saw this pic related jacket (willis's) and I don't know how this is called.
I hoped that the blazer-like triangle thing on the top of the buttons, being longer, could bring some verticality to my figure (5'6, ex-fatty so I always see a fat guy in the mirror although I wear slim fit S shirts and size 44 pants).
>So, what's this called? Would it make me look like a manlet because it's so long, or will it do the opposite and make me look skinny?
Do you have a motorcycle?
No: Look try hard af
How would I go about removing the pouch on this gorillapack?
How is sizing generally in Dr. Martens? I am usually a size 44 EU, but I use 43 in shoes that run large, ie. Grenson, Clarks etc. But a 44 regular in adidas, vans etc.
Is 43 the right size for me in Dr Martens you think? I have the opportunity to get this pair in a good deal.
is there a name for a piece of outerwear that is shorter than a parka, but longer than a normal jacket?
i want to hide my ass, but i don't want some shit dangeling around my knees or swiping around the floor when i walk
Nah, that's fine. I've got an H&M Slim Peacoat myself. They can make alright jackets once in a while, only problem is they're just gonna last a couple of seasons.
I think it looks good. Would have to see on you.
i probably would have bought the slim fit cotton n-3b , but it's only available in gigantic sized and black
i'll probably end up buying the clash, i feel a little bad about it because it's pretty expensive and doesn't really look all that great for the money
For not really any reason i always thought that a cut like that wouldn't suit me. Also it's hipster as fuck. But is it hipster to not do it if you think its for hipsters?
I AM aryan though...
w2c single breasted wool/wool blend coat for under £200?
Uniqlo has this one for £130, but I'm not sure I trust Uniqlo with anything over £50.
I'm probably over thinking it, but what to wear with white high-tops?
So far I'm thinking black and indigo skinny jeans with a long inseam.
Also, on the left what colour are these? (W2c if possible).
Uniqlo has gotten ridiculously expensive because of the hype. Long gone are the days of Uniqlo being a proper alternative to HM/Zara. Don't reward them for that. They became popular for providing nice minimalist basics with a tech influence at a good value. Unless they get back to that I for one will not be buying from them.
how far can i go on target fashion?
im very tall and muscular so i dont want to invest in expensive things yet
id say my ideal style would be this, heavy on the black with some contrast : http://cdn.dressed.so/i/53a3f3afd4756l.jpg
Would it be fine to wear on its own, or is it better suited as a base layer?
I'd like a warm base layer but I don't want anything too sporty/glossy looking if I'm wearing more business casual type clothes.
sup /fa/ I kinda like the idea of copping some RO ramones for the winter but I've never had em or any ricks before so I need some help. first off what is the sizing of rick owens shoes like? normally I'm a size 11 and for reference a qasa in 11 fits me a little big and size 43 balenciaga fits me perfectly. what sizes of rick shoes would be viable for me to wear? also do ramones look good with levi 510s? because those are the jeans i wear. I'm hoping to go check them out in person later this week but not 100%sure if ill have time
Do you kids actually take pride in being Fuccbois? Are you aware that you dress like rebellious high schoolers with rich parents? Do you insist on looking like you have no fashion sense at all (A.K.A Rick Owens)?
Thinking of getting a haircut, any ideas about?
i have access to some hair lightening kits, would a lighter shade of brown look good on me?
Anyone have recommendations on good trucker jackets?
Don't wear them with pants that look like this.
Looking for pants that have a loose/comfy/baggy fit but still look good. The cheaper the better. Something in the spirit of pic related. Suggestions?
I just started trying to buy nicer clothes about 2 months ago and so far I have 1 pair of slim jeans from uniqlo and 3 h&m shirts light blue win gray a black and khaki shorts 1 duffle coat bought on impulse yesterday with the tag still prob gonna return and a supreme crewneck I could sell to some fuccboi for above retail I bought on impulse also. My problems is I dont know where I should go from here I wear the shirts and shorts on a rotation every week and it looks better than what most people are wearing/ gets some compliments. Im not asking anyone to build a wardrobe for me im not that helpless just wondering where I should cop more pants/shorts/shirts and if I should cop a parka/bomber and sell my jacket/sweatshirt pic is the style I like
