Yeah well basically you have no balance between your upper and lower. You have incredibly boxy and detailed pants which is fine but your shoes are also very chunky but rounded and minimal. So even where your pants hit the shoes you have this box with boxes stacked all the way up your leg hitting an oval shape. That is just not coherent.

Draw your proportions out on paper with the basic shapes of each piece and see if it is pleasing or not. I would think that a combat boot (not doc boots) or a geo/cargobasket would complement the pants a lot more and I am sure that there are plenty of other options out there.

The shoe lace hanging down is the lightest part of your outfit and becomes the highest contrast area which looks off. Especially because your exposed undershirt has hardly any contrast. And then with the jacket it has a rounded look that is exaggerated by the round backpack straps making it look even less coherent with your pants. But if you had a shoe that worked better you could then have a disconnect in silhouette that would look less extreme and could maybe even look good.
