Didn't see any thread, can we get an /fa/ interior inspo thread?
I'm very into that "improvise" style. So like using mason jars as plant pots. Pallets as a "bed frame". I also like the style of using materials that aren't traditionally used for certain objects e.g. Clear rubber for a plant pot.
I can't persuade you and don't want to either. You like what you like, and that's the way it should be.
>has a name
>still quotes himself every post just so we know how many pics he has posted
Thanx for sharing, i'll dump what i have to keep this alive till you come back
sorry anon, no idea, should have added *future* home.
the decor is definitely not my taste either, but damn dawg that view
Nice thread, but severely missing some nice small, "real" flats.
Of course you can still get inspiration from a multimillion dollar house somwhere with a view that alone is better than any furniture, but nut much to be honest. The barcelona chair is fantastic, but it will probably not make my small flat magically look more /fa/, it will just add to its crowdedness.
it wouldn't be inspo if it wasn't inspirational
its true although you feel discouraged to apply any of this to your little apartment in the city knowing anything you do will not look as good
What is it with Koreans and their wallpapers and horrible beds?
And sorry, I don't really like your room. Too much green and your electronics make it look like shit instead of retro. The mirror is also way too different from the rest of the room.
Maybe they are a german thing? I am too lazy to rip some images from them, but there are quite a few nice "rooms" in their catalog, so feel free to browse through it:
never heard of them but they've got some nice shit
the lack of Scandinavian design is disturbing
for beeing fashion fa has pretty bad taste
can this bee furniture design too? furniture designer in progress....
i'm sick of this popularity of superman and batman that isn't comic book nerds. people think they're aesethtically cool or something and get shirts and tattoos of them, without knowing shit.
Finally someone appreciates of my interior pack
watergate club berlin
great club, led's in the ceiling are insane on MDMA
Just some simple, neat looking plants in the middle.
While you are right, there is a nice romantic notion with having a few physical things to represent who you are. I think having a nice organized record collection is the way to go if you have the room. It adds personality and hominess to a room.
With a nice view from either the bedroom or the living room.
>"neat looking plants"
This, except with more lighting, is pretty much my ideal home studio.
>Sorry anon I'm busy nearly all summer
Fuck, she told me the exact same thing. Waiting 2 fucking months just to see her face, and then she tells me we need to end this, over the phone... Fuck this pic man.
true.... you can find some antique classics in secondhand sometimes and ikea rips off some nice designs every now and then
you can also build shitt yourself but you probably wont
pic is DYI for instance and cheep as fuck
are there actually any pics which are achievable for students? This is all some yuppie-level shit and most of it could be part of an Ikea-catalogue
At least do it right. Being tidy doesn't equal minimalism
I know everyone loves reddit, but /r/malelivingspace is decent. Sort by top of all time or year to get some more down to earth inspo.
honestly this looks pretty comfy and I guess my room would look alot like this but for some reason I dislike art posters so much. It's just so tacky? Or maybe someone can post a pic where it's done in a cool way
I tried painting my room with cheap paint and painters tape
I want to get a slipcover for that terrible floral chair
ppl who rate shit really high and dont understand that you have to leave room at the top for shit thats actually good are the fucking worst
the cancer eating at the heart of our society
Actually I worked for a little while and didn't like it that much. So much fuckin shit other than designing it feels like any other office, but it really depends where you work.
I'm in theme park design now and it's way better.
Wouldn't the ticking of all the clocks drive you mad?
Unless you made it quieter and oiled the wall clocks insides like in the video. Hey it worked for me. But you can still hear the ticking.
these two are what I'm stuck between, I like architecture because I've put a lot of time into engineering but interior design seems way more fun and the money is better (iirc). what's your input here, which do you like better?
I've decided I'd like to become a full on interior designer. I was considering just getting it as a minor but now I'm just going to make it my major focus. I believe that good interior design is what turns a house into a home, and I'd like to bring that to other people.
i need a big ass painting to replace the greek flag tho
my original plan was to major in architecture and minor in interior design but I feel like I would get more enjoyment out of ID, plus I imagine I'd get to flex my creative muscles a bit more
>I only ever listen to music i have made myself
>The music of others has never evoked any personal feelings for me
are you really saying 'someone elses' music cant represent a person?
At least she told you over the phone. I just got a text message
>tfw she doesnt respond for a week then texts you
>"I'm just reckless man.
And I don't want you to have to deal. Not only that, I feel like we want different things "
I'm still redecorating
I was just painting it then
I want to get this slipcover for my ikea solsta
it looks very psychedelic
I'd also like to find some comforters or pillowcases with cool patterns
