Can you be /fit/ and /fa/ at the same time? At what point is one considered to muscular to be /fa/? Pic related, my current body type.
Well since pic related isn't actually you I can't tell you for sure. but your probably smaller with higher bf so you might be fine if your shoulders arent as big, clothes will still fit good
Here's a pic of me 3 months ago, gained a few lbs since then. In winter I planned on gaining around 15lbs, would clothes still fit well? My shoulders aren't too wide naturally, just average I'd say.
Right now, this is pretty similar to how I dress, not sure what the name of thi particular style is though.
yes because theres an objective way a shirt should fit
>dat one day you went out like this because you don't have any clean clothes except that disgusting shirt you never wore and that awful chinos and a beaten up converse and you hated every moment of it while everybody else complimented on how you dress "smart" "looking good"
I wanna die with that fee?
both of them looks good I guess
i dont like anything in that picture tbh, just not my style. i really dislike shirts with that kind of pattern and pants in that colour. derbies and better fitting pants with cuffs would prolly help.
Honestly past ottermode you can get chicks easily just by wearing shirts that show off your gains, but you can't be /fa/. You can't wear skinny jeans because of your quads, your proportions will be off and there will be many clothes you can't wear. You can be /fit/ and look good, or you can be /fa/ and look good, but you can't be both and you can't look good to both sides.
Why do people on this board type like they're from Facebook?
This is the only board where I've seen that. Everywhere else, people have great grammar, spelling, etc.
It's like this whole board is full of ghetto youths.
Oh no so insecure. Only a member of the most beautiful and powerful race on the planet.
I bet he's really insecure and just wants to be part monkey.
The bones they found were in Africa. It was not the remains of the first man, only the oldest one found to that date.
There is no proof he was born in Africa, only that he died there.
They have recently found human remains in Spain that are older than the ones found in Ethiopia.
Beat that, ethnic apologists.
any bigger than rick is too big, rick is the perfect muscular /fa/
Is my skinnyfat body /fa/
Also, I was talking to a friend of mine about my interest in fashion and she asked me if I ever considered to be a model?
It got me thinking if I had a chance if I started making an effort? Well /fa/?
Sorry about the shit quality. Might bother posting a better if I feel encouraged
has anyone had success in losing weight by intermittent fasting? I have this stubborn belly fat that I wanna get rid of, which does not go away. I've tried it out for a couple of days alongside calorie restriction. I've noticed some results, but my pooch is still there.
Ryan Gosling is probably the only person that's both /fit/ and /fa/. Emulate him
i love you ryan-chan
Unless you're investing in a home gym setup to become both /fit/ and /fa/ you're never gonna make it.
>Not recognizing a pullup bar and pushup handles when you see them
we have this fucking thread everyday
someone will say yes and post shitty bulked people with an unproportioned silhouette
someone will say no and will post a regular model on a runway
/fit/ will start saying thankyou hungry skeleton
there will be some discussions on why being fit or thin is better
someone will end up with the conclussion that being ottermode is the best way to go
someone will say otherwise
this will go on until the thread dies and the the next day shit will happen again
fuck you /fit/, you´re shit
Yeah that's not a good fit and idk why he posted it. I like Ryan Gosling cos he kinda dresses normcore but his clothing fits really well and tend to look sophisticated. He even looks /fa/ walking the dog in a singlet
/fit/ here, that dude ain't /fit/. He might be relative to your standarts, but by ours he's DYEL.
I think it just comes down to personal style. Somebody that looks like Pete Lind or Calum von Moger is going to look stupid wearing fuccboi gear and somebody that is skinny is going to look ridiculous wearing a flight jacket and boots. Pic Related; Goal Body
Not that guy but I had a gym membership for a year and went about once a week.
Then I spent about half the yearly cost up front on my own equipment and train 3-4 times a week.
You can do alternative exercises to hit the same muscles, like seated tricep extensions.
Just google dumbbell only full body workouts.
y r u guys posting ur bodies itt
you can make a geobasket with your moles
work you lats, obliques, and chest in particular
everything else in general needs a little bit more gain for perf ottermode
also after that reduce your bodyfat down a few more percentage points from where it's at in this pic
I honestly didn't expect this thread to still be here. Anyway, pic related, today's fit.
> inb4 fuccboi
It is kinda fuccboi tier tho. I mean, the shoes, obnoxious 'LOOK AT ME" watch, monochrome looks so fucking tryhard too. It's like you have great fit, but you have no sense of fashion. By that I mean, you have no identity, you literally just resemble a "douche". If I walked down a street in the city I promise you I would see at least 100 other people wearing your exact outfit. Not trolling either, your fit is good, but damn dude stop trying to hard to look so boring
>do you own anything besides nike shoes or RO ugly shit shoes
Yes, I'm bigger than any pics in this thread and the only extra thing I have to do is make sure the XXL size isn't one for fatties and that the pants can be tailored to fit my quads. Usually I end up getting ones to big for my waist and getting them done since everything else will fit fine.
Also keep in mind if you are fucken huge you have to use colours subtly since you are a big canvas.
>always been sekeleton
>been lifting and eating more for 2 months
>put on 8kg
>had to guy new wardrobe
>skinny jeans are becoming too tight, actually hard to walk in them now
fuck this is not what i asked for
Absolutely. Athletic fits, Military inspired fits, and dad-core all look good on /fit/ bodies. I think you get trapped in generally masculine fits and color schemes though, and draping clothes start to look silly.
Dude you obviously know nothing about lifting. You don't build fat first and then train to turn your fat magically into muscles. Thats not how bodybuilding works. Read the /fit/ sticky and lurk a bit.
I presume you've been lifting continuously and routinely throughout this time too? My advice would be to buy slim fit (not skinny) jeans, once you get to your ideal size the fit will be perfect. They won't hug your legs as much as skinny jeans would but the fit would still look great.
Dont really care, i didnt want to be a skele anymore, plus my body looks nicer as im still thin but not a stick. As i said im slowing down to only go like 2-300 calories over TDD.
if i bulk too hard ill cut for a few weeks.
