Well, this aesthetic is pushed by lots of Japanese labels. However, that shit is expensive unless you buy from Japan. Spoiler: Jap labels don't ship internationally lol, so you're going to need a proxy service like suto corp (they have a big thread on sufu, you have to pay like 10 percent plus the shipping to their warehouse plus the shipping to your house).
You can buy a custom noragi from the kimono kid for like 250, buy some good quality flannels from Gant/similar high prep labels ***on sale***. For the sweaters, I'm honestly not sure. I've been thinking about getting vintage sweaters from places like Etsy. There are some stores on Etsy that sell vintage "mystery sweaters" for like 12 bucks a pop, but idk how that'd turn out.

That's not a noragi, that's a Haori. His shirt is cuffed in such a way to not reveal the fact that the hem of the Haori is actually ending just after his elbow. In the text, it says that this Haori is "modern," so the armholes are tighter in order to not look "overly traditional" as it says.
