It's okay, but wouldn't be my first recommendation. For a small snack, try cheese. It's high in fat, which is satiating, zero carbs so doesn't spike insulin, and an ounce is about 100 calories.

In my case a lot. During special events like processions or special celebrations I go to church 8 am then just feel like not eating. I stay all day without food because it feels like the right thing to do.
Also projects/bit of stress do the same. Like today I really need to study for some exam the I put all my focus on it and it feels the right thing to eat only when I finish my main task.

But seriously, too much caffine is going to fuck up your ability to sleep. Find another substitute and stick to 2 cups a day max. This is coming from someone who habitually drinks 4-5 cups a day and can bearly manage 4 hours sleep a night. Anecdotal advice may not be the best but there is significant research into coffees effect on sleep.

If you really want to get off, google The Ashton Manual and slow taper. It was fucking miserable tapering off, and took forever, but my life is better (yet still shit) without them. I was on 40mg of valium daily.

The anxiety during withdrawal was terrible even tapering, and it lingered after. I woke up every morning for six months in panic attacks. But it DOES get better. Even when you quit you'll notice lots of even more than usual heightened anxiety, and it will stick around for a while. It's called PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome), but it does slowly go away. Now I'm back to my anxiety levels from before benzos. I'm a bit dumber than when I started, but at least now I can remember some things.

When I want something processed, I try to go for pretzel sticks or something like that.

Also, I eat a lot of eggs, but I don't need the grocery store for that.

If anyone knows something good that I don't, please share. I just keep thinking of more shit I like to eat...

you still gonna be riding after all that? i had a weird highside/get-off in the hills at the start of the year. took me into the oncoming lane, off to the shoulder and beyond, into a patch of dirt and a wire fence. dodged a car by maybe two seconds.

gear was no worse for wear, but i took some major impacts to large muscle groups in my back, right calf and left ankle. no structural damage, but it took me off my feet for a week. only evidence i have to show for it is a scar from a flesh wound where the handlebars struck above my hips. still got back on the bike little more than a week later.

my journey is pretty typical
>always been pretty thin
>active in high school
>skateboarding,soccer,snowboarding etc
>quit all that once college rolled around
>don't have time
>weight fluctuates from 110-114 from 2012-2014
>2015 i get roommate that are 21+
>drinking increases and so does my weight
>away from home, diet is completely shit
>eating out on the reg
>schools over get a job at usps
>intense physically labor and crazy hours
>drop weight and maintain 115
>quit job and start school
>pretty depressed
>no friends
>old roomies have graduated and left
>constantly eating out of boredom
>118-125lbs
>spring finals arrive
>stress eat for about 2 months
>im now fluctuating btw 125-129
>thighs are massive
>old pants don't fit anymore
>can't be effay with fat legs

im down to 124 now and plan to drop at least 10 lbs before school starts again and now i have another similar job w/ physical labor so things are looking up for me. im doing daily bike rides and got back into skating.

i was always someone that never worried about my weight this is my first time actively trying to lose it.

How much do you eat when u work out. Im same height same weight but look fat and have wimpy muscles.

I'm lazy and seem to have a high metabolism so aside from generally trying to avoid sugar and drinking lots of water I don't have a strict diet, prob between 1500-1800 calories a day but that's just an estimate. I also cba to pay for a gym membership so mainly do bodyweight shit at home, though I do own one dumbbell and a pull-up bar which I use too
