Appetite suppresants could help. Coffee, nicotine (snus, gum, or patch are effay suggested), even apple cider vinegar moxed with water.
Personally I'm hungriest in the mornings so I always have a big cup of hot tea which helps curb my appetite before I eat breakfast. Lots of water and bulky veggies.

So let's say you wake up at 8 AM
You keep yourself entertained or occupied til 12 AM (so you dont think about food and dont feel hunger) then after gym you have your feeding window
Then you can have a small snack and dinner and close your eating window at 8 PM
Heres a pic
Intermittent fasting is pretty flexible, but it needs time to get used to it
The most crucial thing is to fast for 16 hours straight and then have a 8 hours feeding window, and thenfast again but remember: you also have to be in a deficit

How the fuck do I reduce the calories in gum?
I chew pic related. I calculated they have 2-3 calories per piece of gum and I believe myself to burn at most 1 calorie per piece so they are between 1 and 2 calories a piece. Assuming the maximum of 2 calories per piece I chew 50 per day so that is 100 fucking calories per day on gum.

Its not that bad because it prevents me eating higher calorie foods. However I still think it is too much and I am trying to halve the calories. I can't chew less because I am pretty addicted to the mint taste.

So far I have tried

1. Dropping one or two grains of sugar into the pot and shaking it so I don't know where it is. The roulette feature should cause me anxiety but I can't resist and eat the whole pot anyway plus added sugar.

2. Photoshopping myself in skinny jeans then photoshopping myself with the jeans ripped and my head replaced by gum pot to shame myself

3. Reading recipes for mint yoghurt dips to convince myself that mint is high calorie

It hasn't worked so far! Please help

2bh the sugar idea sounds kind of cool and I may try it in something, anyway...

I chew about 15 pieces of gum a day (3.5 calorie trident) Try to chew each piece longer (You'll find it's more about the chewing motion and salivary response than the flavor. I sometimes chew water bottle caps and it's just as satisfying)

But don't worry so much, 50 calories is 1 lb every 10 weeks that you won't lose. If it really bothers you just get 50 calories of exercise (like 17 minutes of leisurely walking, or 5 minutes on the stairs)

This works, lost about 3,6kg in the past three months.

Basically, I just calculated by TDEE which is approx. 3000. Then I just did a monthly calculation with a binge being around ~10000. '

So: (3000*7)*4= 84000 calories per month to maintain weight.

I eat 1700 calories a day for 5 days, on sunday (the day after my binge I fast 24h). So:
(1700*5)*4= 34000 calories per month of eating my normal diet.

I binge every saturday (because I plan social occations, etc) So: 10000*4= 40000 calories per month from binges.

34000+40000= 74000 calories in a month from eating.
84000-74000= 10000 deficit each month which is approx. 1,3kg per month.

Went from (78kg) 170lbs to (73kg) 162 in 3 months (not that fast but definitely enjoyable).

I got a Withings, they are like 100-120 bucks. Sort of expensive for what it is, but I find it so convenient I'm happy with the purchase. i dont really even know whats my workout, i go to the gym, do 12 x 3/4 reps to chest, biceps, triceps, abs, back, chest etc with weights that i feel are optimal to me (read as: not too light by any means, but also not so hard that i could barely do 1 set. the weights are perfect in the way that i usually couldnt do a fifth set after that because the trained parts are sore/physically cant do the fifth set). im not pumped or anything by any means, im really a beginner desu.

If you are still not losing weight going from what you were doing to what you are doing now then you ate ridiculous amounts of food and now you are just eating too much food. There is no other way. If you were eating a proper deficit you would be losing weight consistently without even having to work out. Thats how the body works. Stop eyeballing it and start counting. I guarantee you will be surprised how many calories are in the food you eat.

I've returned after a few months of allowing my routine to fall away. I looked down at my thighs and belly today and realised I need to get back into it. I want to be thin, guys. It's a long journey that leaves me discouraged.

I'm happy I can now actually seperate my fat from my muscle, but at the same time it makes me angry to see how much I need to put off. It sucks. Another improvement is how much I can feel my hipbones.

What does being thin feel like? I can only catch a small glimpse of the /thin/ life when I grab the fat on my stomach and pull it away and my gut already feels lighter and kind of... cleaner.

I thought eating a vegan diet would help me but it's done naught. I stopped calorie counting on lose it, which is probably where I'm going wrong. Also I've been swamped by homework so I never get the time or energy to work out. I feel like a failure.

Depends on the type, you have some muscular ones who do in fact watch their food intake for muscle growth and the skinny types who actually don't give a fuck and eat whatever they want.

I've watched the skinny types eat during fashion weeks and basically they just drink alcohol and eat shitty foods every day. I could be wrong that they eat like this through the year since fashion week is just a limited time but yeah idk.

However, they do seem to get full quite fast so that is probably why they are so thin. They eat shitty food but in low quantities.
