I'm getting a real job where I have to dress like a person and I'm coming from a job where I was basically naked all day. I have reasonable fashion sense but I had a few questions. So in the unlikely event that any of you have professional office jobs, what would you say are no-go's? As an example are mismatching pant and jacket colors too /fa/ for an office? Are white socks inappropriate? I'm not trying to come up in there looking like an asshole.
my first question is what the fuck kind of job it is that has you naked all day
i don't really know anything about your wardrobe but i'd say to just dress maybe a little more moderate than a majority of stuff on here?
mixed colors and textures are ok, but i'd say like don't do shit like wear a pair of joggers with your blazer or anything a little too streetwear. you might be able to get away with minimalist sneakers like CPs or stans as long as the rest of your apparel is pretty conservative.
idk. i doubt your boss is going to say anything if you bend a few normie fashion faux pas but just don't roll in wearing full rick owens
