those aren't really baggy but i'll bite

there are no rules. i would make sure they dont scrunch up in the waist when you wear a belt though, that usually looks pretty terrible. you don't have to have a baggy shirt either, but i'd recommend it.

2. they have to be baggy (this usually means either a looser cut or even just sizing up)
3. they have to be on your legs
