I'm looking for a basic white sneaker to wear this summer, I already tried the stan smiths in store and I didn't really like how bulky (and played out) they are.
I'm looking for a shoe with a slimmer build and I think the puma baskets may be it from what I've seen in pictures.
Any of you have any experience with them?
anyone had experience with all stars II?
thinking of copping
these are pretty nice imo
However, classic Rod Lavers are basically a cleaner, lighter, slimmer version of the stan smith so I think they may be what you're looking for
I love mine to death
>not getting the alphas
Ive got the stan smith, I have a friend with the pumas.
The pumas are slimmer and I think they have a nicer silhouette, however the leather quality is worse, where its creases don't look ideal. They also seem to yellow faster, that said I'm not sure how well she takes care of them and desu I think yellowing looks nicer.
Another pic with ripstop cargos.
Not quite ex-mil or corporate trainee unit shoe, but a comfy, inexpensive leather bit for lunar and mil-Tec fits
I bought them already. Didn't buy stans because I don't like the bulkiness. The L&S are more flat than it looks on the pic, almost like CPs. They are fucking up my feet though, wouldn't recommend.
In the EU you can get them on the NB website. Sign up for the newsletter for 10% off.
I dunno if they have that colour in the US but they do have (as far as I know) the ones with the white N logo, which are nicer in my opinion.
Ordered them last night!
