I am away at school and my insurance doesnt cover where I am
It's a chronic condition, so the best thing to do is to keep your hair short and be mixing up different shampoos to keep it under control
Get a delicate 100% organic shampoo and add three drops of Tea Tree Oil each time you wash you hair. Forget about dandruff for the rest of your life.

Is the ionized shampoo from Sally's organic? And I hear shit about this tea tree oil but it stresses me out
Here is a video of my hair, idk if you can really tell anything from it.

My advice: (Which comes from me dealing with the same issues, I'm not a doctor)
1. Cut your hair shorter.
2. Stick with the Nizoral. Leave it in your hair for a long time in the shower. Maybe even rub a little of that shit on your face.
3. See if you can get a prescription for AVAR.
Good luck.

I leave nizoral in for 5-10 seconds, how long should I be leaving it in? Do I use conditioner with it?
>>10872494
I put it on first thing I get in the shower and leave it on the whole time I am in there. I shave my face in the shower too while it's working. So I leave it in for several minutes. I don't use conditioner but I don't know, everyone's different.

And what is this suppose to do for my hair? Is it suppose to fix this dandruff issue? Do you use nizoral all the time?
>>10872509
I have dealt with dandruff and seborrhea dermatitis and acne. So my advice comes from dealing with all three. My advice is just what worked for me dealing with those issues. What impact it would have on you, I don't know. I had longer hair and saw my symptoms improve dramatically after I got a shorter haircut. Maybe it was just a coincidence, I am just one case study. Currently I use Nizoral everyday. But I have had periods in the past when I didn't use it because I didn't seem to need it.

You're balding senpai, you shouldn't care about dandruff at this point.
>>10872622
What makes you say I'm balding? I'm not balding... Genuinely curious
In 11 double-blind trials in 264 patients using ketoconazole 2% shampoo for the treatment of dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis, an increase in normal hair loss and irritation occurred in less than 1% of patients.
Nizoral is only 1%, half strength...

Trader Joe's sells a Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner, no sulfates or silicone ingredients afaik.
Cheap too, like $4 a bottle.

Are you suppose to use nizoral everyday? I just wanna make sure im doing this shit right
