gonna make my first order from em, what should I expect as someone ordering from the US? do things ordered from them get hit with customs fees and shit? if so, how much should I be expecting to pay extra on top of shipping?

Never ordered but END is in my city right around the corner from my house, I shop there fairly often and their service in every aspect is always great so I'd expect no less from their order service
Shit.
Order a pair of shoes once, waited for around a month : never delivered.
Had to mail them six times to resolve the situation.

i ordered a keychain from them. it took the standard amount of time to arrive. no custom fees. but it was also a very small item so maybe thats why

Not sure about international deliveries, but their customer service is fantastic. They sent me an item in a size different from what I ordered, and they were very fast and apologetic. They gave me a 20% off code for my next order too.

Any personal effects under $200 are not eligible for duties. Things made in the USA, Canada, or Mexico are (usually) not dutiable.
Other than that you should expect to get hit with 10-15% of each item's price in duties fees.

OP here, I should probably clarify on what I'm gonna get so I can get a better answer.
I'm planning on getting those nifty fuccboi Tubular Doom collabs that drop on the 30th, iirc the cost before shipping and tax will be about $130 for them. Does this mean this >>10861358 applies? I won't get hit with a ridiculous tariff or some bullshit? also the shoe sizes are in UK, so if I convert from US 9 (normally wear 9.5 but I believe Tubulars tend to run half a size to a full size larger, and these new ones probably won't be an exception) to UK 8, I won't get messed up right?

OP again again, I forgot to mention that I tried to email them already to get an idea of how much I'd pay a couple days ago, but they never responded, so there's no point in relying on them and their FAQ section skirts around the question by answering something else entirely.

How does this happen? I've been ordering clothes/whatever else for years and shit is literally always on time.
I've ordered to Sweden 2 times and both have been great with a link to follow the package. Not sure if that's just an European thing
